حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يِسَافٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُثَنَّى عَنِ ابْنِ امْرَأَةِ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَتَكُونُ أُمَرَاءُ تَشْغَلُهُمْ أَشْيَاءُ يُؤَخِّرُونَ الصَّلَاةَ عَنْ وَقْتِهَا فَصَلُّوا الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا وَاجْعَلُوا صَلَاتَكُمْ مَعَهُمْ تَطَوُّعًا حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُثَنَّى عَنِ ابْنِ امْرَأَةِ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ.

Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Shu'bah told us, from Mansur, from Hilal ibn Yisaf, from Abu al-Muthanna, from the son of the wife of Ubadah ibn al-Samit, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "There will be rulers occupied by matters that make them delay the prayer from its proper time; so pray the prayer at its proper time, and make your prayer with them a voluntary prayer." Hajjaj told us, Shu'bah told us, from Mansur, from Hilal ibn Yasaf, from Abu al-Muthanna, from the son of the wife of Ubadah ibn al-Samit, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he mentioned the like of it.
