حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَقِيمُوا وَلَنْ تُحْصُوا وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ خَيْرَ أَعْمَالِكُمْ الصَّلَاةُ وَلَنْ يُحَافِظَ عَلَى الْوُضُوءِ إِلَّا مُؤْمِنٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Mu'awiya narrated to us: al-A'mash narrated to us, from Salim, from Thawban, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Be upright, though you will never be able to fully encompass it, and know that the best of your deeds is prayer, and none but a believer maintains ablution consistently."
