حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ مِنَ الْمُبَايِعَاتِ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ جَاءَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَعَهُ أَصْحَابُهُ فِي بَنِي سَلِمَةَ فَقَرَّبْنَا إِلَيْهِ طَعَامًا فَأَكَلَ وَمَعَهُ أَصْحَابُهُ ثُمَّ قَرَّبْنَا إِلَيْهِ وَضُوءًا فَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى أَصْحَابِهِ فَقَالَ أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِمُكَفِّرَاتِ الْخَطَايَا قَالُوا بَلَى قَالَ إِسْبَاغُ الْوُضُوءِ عَلَى الْمَكَارِهِ وَكَثْرَةُ الْخُطَى إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ وَانْتِظَارُ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ.

Muhammad ibn Isma'il ibn Abi Fudayk narrated to us: al-Dahhak ibn Abdullah narrated to us, from someone who narrated to him, from Amr ibn Abdullah ibn Ka'b, concerning the woman among those who gave the pledge of allegiance, that she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came to us together with his companions among Banu Salima; we brought food to him, and he ate along with his companions; then we brought him water for ablution, and he performed ablution; then he turned to his companions and said, "Shall I not tell you of that which atones for sins?" They said, "Yes indeed." He said, "Performing ablution thoroughly despite hardship, taking many steps to the mosques, and awaiting the next prayer after a prayer."
