حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ حَدَّثَنِي عُقْبَةُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيُّ عَنِ الصُّنَابِحِيِّ عَنْ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ لَقِيَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا مُعَاذُ إِنِّي لَأُحِبُّكَ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَأَنَا وَاللَّهِ أُحِبُّكَ قَالَ فَإِنِّي أُوصِيكَ بِكَلِمَاتٍ تَقُولُهُنَّ فِي كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ.

Abdullah narrated to us: My father narrated to me: Abu Asim narrated to us: Haywah narrated to us: Uqbah ibn Muslim narrated to me: Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Hubuli narrated to us, from al-Sunabihi, from Muadh, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, met me and said, 'O Muadh, I truly love you.' I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, and I, by Allah, love you.' He said, 'Then I advise you with some words that you should say at the end of every prayer: O Allah, help me to remember You, to thank You, and to worship You well.'
