Abu Ahmad al-Zubayri told us: Sharik told us, from al-Rukayn, from al-Qasim ibn Hassan, from Zayd ibn Thabit, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'I am leaving behind among you two successors: the Book of Allah and the people of my household, and the two of them will never separate until they come to me at the Pond together.'
