حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ الْمَعْرُورِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مَنْ عَمِلَ حَسَنَةً فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا أَوْ أَزِيدُ وَمَنْ عَمِلَ سَيِّئَةً فَجَزَاؤُهَا مِثْلُهَا أَوْ أَغْفِرُ وَمَنْ عَمِلَ قُرَابَ الْأَرْضِ خَطِيئَةً ثُمَّ لَقِيَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِي شَيْئًا جَعَلْتُ لَهُ مِثْلَهَا مَغْفِرَةً وَمَنْ اقْتَرَبَ إِلَيَّ شِبْرًا اقْتَرَبْتُ إِلَيْهِ ذِرَاعًا وَمَنْ اقْتَرَبَ إِلَيَّ ذِرَاعًا اقْتَرَبْتُ إِلَيْهِ بَاعًا وَمَنْ أَتَانِي يَمْشِي أَتَيْتُهُ هَرْوَلَةً.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Mu'awiyah told us: al-A'mash told us, from al-Ma'rur ibn Suwayd, from Abu Dharr, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, says: "Whoever does a good deed will have ten times its like, or more; and whoever does an evil deed, its recompense is its like, or I forgive it; and whoever meets Me having committed sins equal to the fill of the earth, and has not associated anything with Me, I will meet him with forgiveness equal to it. And whoever draws near to Me a hand-span, I draw near to him a forearm's length; and whoever draws near to Me a forearm's length, I draw near to him a fathom's length; and whoever comes to Me walking, I come to him running."
