Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Isra'il informed us from Simak, that he heard Jabir ibn Samurah say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, had grey hair at the front of his head and beard; when he applied oil and combed it, it did not show, but when his hair became disheveled it showed, and he had abundant hair and beard. A man said, "His face was like a sword." He said, "No, rather it was like the sun and moon, round." He said: And I saw his seal near his shoulder, like a dove's egg, resembling his body. Abu al-Nadr narrated to us: Isra'il narrated to us: Simak narrated to us from Jabir ibn Samurah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, had grey hair - and he related the same meaning.
