Hashim told us, al-Mubarak told us, from al-Hasan, from Abu Bakrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When two Muslims face each other with their swords, each intending to kill the other, and one of them kills the other, then both of them are in the Fire." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, this is the killer, but what about the one killed?" He said: "Because he intended to kill his companion."
