حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَن قَتَادَةَ عَن الْحَسَنِ عَن سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَأْخُذْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مَا رَضِيَ مِنْ الْبَيْعِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan told us: Hammam told us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The two parties to a transaction have the option [to cancel] as long as they have not separated, or unless each of them takes what he is satisfied with from the sale."
