حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَن قَتَادَةَ عَن الْحَسَنِ عَن سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مَحْرَمٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Kamil told us, Hammad told us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever owns a relative within the prohibited degrees of kinship, he becomes free.
