حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ قَالَ يَحْيَى ثُمَّ نَسِيَ الْحَسَنُ بَعْدُ فَقَالَ لَا يُقْتَلُ بِهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Sa'id and Ibn Ja'far told us, they said: Sa'id told us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates him, we will mutilate him. Yahya said: Then al-Hasan later forgot and said, 'He is not to be killed for him.'
