حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ رَوَى عَنِّي حَدِيثًا وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّهُ كَذِبٌ فَهُوَ أَحَدُ الْكَاذِبِينَ.

Yazid told us, Shu'bah informed us, from al-Hakam, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, from Samurah ibn Jundub, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: Whoever relates a hadith from me while believing it to be false is one of the liars.
