حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو التَّيَّاحِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي لَيْثٍ يَقُولُ أَشْهَدُ عَلَى عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْحَنَاتِمِ وَعَنْ خَاتَمِ الذَّهَبِ وَعَنْ لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ.

Abdullah told us, my father told me, Rawh told us, Shu'bah told us, Abu at-Tayyah told us, who said: I heard a man from Banu Layth say: "I bear witness concerning Imran ibn Husayn that he reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade glazed clay jars, gold rings, and wearing silk."
