الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yazid told us, Hammam - i.e. Ibn Yahya - informed us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Imran ibn Husayn, that a man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: "My son has died, so what is my share of his inheritance?" He said: "You get a sixth." When the man turned to leave, he called him back and said: "You get another sixth." When he turned to leave again, he called him back and said: "The other sixth is a gift (given voluntarily)."
