حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ حُدَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ وُلِدَتْ لَهُ ابْنَةٌ فَلَمْ يَئِدْهَا وَلَمْ يُهِنْهَا وَلَمْ يُؤْثِرْ وَلَدَهُ عَلَيْهَا يَعْنِي الذَّكَرَ أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ بِهَا الْجَنَّةَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever has a daughter born to him, and he does not bury her alive, does not humiliate her, and does not prefer his son over her — Allah will admit him to Paradise through her."
