حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ الْحَدَّادُ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ خَلَفٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مِهْرَانَ حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرٌ الْأَحْوَلُ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الشَّرِيدَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ قَتَلَ عُصْفُورًا عَبَثًا عَجَّ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْهُ يَقُولُ يَا رَبِّ إِنَّ فُلَانًا قَتَلَنِي عَبَثًا وَلَمْ يَقْتُلْنِي لِمَنْفَعَةٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Wahid al-Haddad Abu Ubayda narrated to us, from Khalaf - that is, Ibn Mihran - Amir al-Ahwal narrated to us, from Salih b. Dinar, from Amr b. al-Sharid, who said: I heard al-Sharid say: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "Whoever kills a sparrow wantonly, it will cry out to Allah, Mighty and Majestic, on the Day of Resurrection, saying: O Lord, so-and-so killed me for amusement and did not kill me for any benefit."
