حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ أَبِي خَالِدٍ الدَّالَانِيِّ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ السَّكْسَكِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي لَا أَسْتَطِيعُ أَخْذَ شَيْءٍ مِنْ الْقُرْآنِ فَعَلِّمْنِي مَا يُجْزِئُنِي قَالَ قُلْ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذَا لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَمَا لِي قَالَ قُلْ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَعَافِنِي وَاهْدِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي ثُمَّ أَدْبَرَ وَهُوَ مُمْسِكُ كَفَّيْهِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ مَلَأَ يَدَيْهِ مِنْ الْخَيْرِ قَالَ مِسْعَرٌ فَسَمِعْتُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ مِنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ السَّكْسَكِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَثَبَّتَنِي فِيهِ غَيْرِي.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Waki' narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Yazid Abu Khalid al-Dalani, from Ibrahim al-Saksaki, from Ibn Abi Awfa, he said: A man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: O Messenger of Allah, I am not able to learn anything of the Qur'an, so teach me something that will suffice me. He said: Say: "Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Allah, and there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest, and there is no power and no strength except by Allah." He said: O Messenger of Allah, this is for Allah, Mighty and Sublime, so what is there for me? He said: Say: "O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, grant me well-being, guide me, and provide for me." Then he turned away holding his hands together, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: As for this one, he has filled his hands with good. Mis'ar said: I heard this hadith from Ibrahim al-Saksaki, from Ibn Abi Awfa, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and someone other than me confirmed it to me regarding this chain.
