حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً رَكِبَتْ الْبَحْرَ فَنَذَرَتْ إِنْ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى أَنْجَاهَا أَنْ تَصُومَ شَهْرًا فَأَنْجَاهَا اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَلَمْ تَصُمْ حَتَّى مَاتَتْ فَجَاءَتْ قَرَابَةٌ لَهَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ صُومِي.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
A woman traveled by sea and vowed that if Allah saved her, she would fast for a month. Allah saved her, but she did not fast until she died. A female relative of hers came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and mentioned this to him. He said: "Fast on her behalf."
