حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُسَاوِرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ وَعَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ.

Waki' told us: Musawir al-Warraq told us, from Ja'far ibn 'Amr ibn Hurayth, from his father, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, delivered a sermon to the people while wearing a black turban.
