Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Shu'bah told us, from Ma'bad ibn Khalid, who said: I heard Haritha ibn Wahb say: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Give charity, for the time is coming when a man will walk about with his charity, and the one to whom it is offered will say, Had you brought it yesterday I would have accepted it, but now I have no need of it, so he will find no one to accept it.
