Asbat told us, he said Mutarrif told us, from Abu al-Jahm, from al-Bara' b. 'Azib, who said: I was going around searching for camels of mine that had strayed in the time of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and I was roaming among the tents when suddenly there were riders and horsemen; they came and circled around my courtyard, and they brought out a man - they did not question him nor speak to him - until they struck off his neck. When they had gone, I asked about him, and they said: He had married his father's wife.
