حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ يَقُولُ لَمَّا أَقْبَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ مَكَّةَ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ فَتَبِعَهُ سُرَاقَةُ بْنُ مَالِكِ بْنِ جُعْشُمٍ فَدَعَا عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَاخَتْ بِهِ فَرَسُهُ فَقَالَ ادْعُ اللَّهَ لِي وَلَا أَضُرُّكَ قَالَ فَدَعَا اللَّهَ لَهُ قَالَ فَعَطِشَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمَرُّوا بِرَاعِي غَنَمٍ فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ فَأَخَذْتُ قَدَحًا فَحَلَبْتُ فِيهِ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُثْبَةً مِنْ لَبَنٍ فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِهِ فَشَرِبَ حَتَّى رَضِيتُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad b. Ja'far told us: Shu'ba told us, he said: I heard Abu Ishaq al-Hamdani say: I heard al-Bara' b. Azib say: When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was coming from Makka to Madina, Suraqa b. Malik b. Ju'shum followed him, so the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed against him, and his horse's legs sank into the ground. He said, "Pray to Allah for me, and I will not harm you." He said: So he prayed to Allah for him. He said: Then the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, grew thirsty, and they passed by a shepherd. Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, may Allah be pleased with him, said, "I took a vessel and milked into it for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, a small quantity of milk, and I brought it to him, and he drank until I was satisfied."
