حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ مِنْ الْفِطْرَةِ أَوْ الْفِطْرَةُ الْمَضْمَضَةُ وَالِاسْتِنْشَاقُ وَقَصُّ الشَّارِبِ وَالسِّوَاكُ وَتَقْلِيمُ الْأَظْفَارِ وَغَسْلُ الْبَرَاجِمِ وَنَتْفُ الْإِبِطِ وَالِاسْتِحْدَادُ وَالِاخْتِتَانُ وَالِانْتِضَاحُ.

Affan narrated to us: Hammad narrated to us: Ali ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Salamah ibn Muhammad ibn Ammar ibn Yasir, from Ammar ibn Yasir, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Among the acts of natural disposition - or: natural disposition consists of - rinsing the mouth, sniffing water into the nose, trimming the mustache, using the tooth-stick, clipping the nails, washing the knuckles, plucking the armpit hair, shaving the pubic hair, circumcision, and cleansing oneself with water after urination.
