حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بَحْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَسَّانَ الْكِنَانِيُّ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ التَّمِيمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَتَبَ لَهُ كِتَابًا بِالْوَصَاةِ لَهُ إِلَى مَنْ بَعْدِهِ مِنْ وُلَاةِ الْأَمْرِ وَخَتَمَ عَلَيْهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It was narrated to us by Ali ibn Bahr, who said: it was narrated to us by al-Walid ibn Muslim, it was narrated to us by Abd al-Rahman ibn Hassan al-Kinani, from al-Harith ibn Muslim ibn al-Harith al-Tamimi, from his father, that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wrote for him a document commending him to whoever would come after him among those in authority, and sealed it.
