حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنِي أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ شِبْلٍ وَغَيْرُهُ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ جَدِّي قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اسْتَشَاطَ السُّلْطَانُ تَسَلَّطَ الشَّيْطَانُ.

Ibrahim ibn Khalid told us, Umayyah ibn Shibl and others told me, from Urwah ibn Muhammad, he said: My father told me, from my grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "When the ruler flares up in anger, the devil gains power over him."
