حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ هَلْ سَمِعَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيهَا شَيْئًا فَقَامَ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ فَقَالَ شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْضِي لَهَا بِالسُّدُسِ فَقَالَ هَلْ سَمِعَ ذَلِكَ مَعَكَ أَحَدٌ فَقَامَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ فَقَالَ شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْضِي لَهَا بِالسُّدُسِ فَأَعْطَاهَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ السُّدُسَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar told us, from al-Zuhri, from Qabisah ibn Dhu'ayb, that Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, said, "Has any of you heard anything from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, concerning it?" Al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah stood up and said, "I witnessed the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, give judgment for her of a sixth." He said, "Did anyone hear that with you?" Muhammad ibn Maslamah stood up and said, "I witnessed the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, give judgment for her of a sixth." So Abu Bakr gave her the sixth.
