الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Zakariyya: Amir narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Muti', from his father, that he heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say on the day of the conquest of Makkah: 'No Qurashi will be executed in cold blood after today.' And none of the disobedient ones of Quraysh lived to see Islam except Muti' — his name had been 'Asiy (Disobedient), so the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, renamed him Muti' (Obedient).
