حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ أَبَا عُشَّانَةَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ يَقُولُ لَا أَقُولُ الْيَوْمَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا لَمْ يَقُلْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مَا لَمْ أَقُلْ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ بَيْتًا مِنْ جَهَنَّمَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Harun told us, he said: 'Abdullah b. Wahb told us, from 'Amr b. al-Harith, that Abu 'Ushanah related to him that he heard 'Uqba b. 'Amir say: "I will not today attribute to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) what he did not say. I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: 'Whoever lies about me, saying what I did not say, let him take his seat in the Fire.'"
