حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِمَاسَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يُغَيِّبَ مَا بِسِلْعَتِهِ عَنْ أَخِيهِ إِنْ عَلِمَ بِهَا تَرَكَهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Ishaq told us, Ibn Lahi'ah told us, from Yazid ibn Abi Habib, from Ibn Shimasah, from Uqbah ibn Amir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The Muslim is the brother of the Muslim; it is not lawful for a Muslim to conceal a defect in his merchandise from his brother — if he knew of it, he would leave it.
