حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ سَوَادَةَ عَنْ رَجِلٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ ثُمَّ صَلَّى غَيْرَ سَاهٍ وَلَا لَاهٍ غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ وَقَالَ يَحْيَى مَرَّةً غُفِرَ مَا كَانَ قَبْلَهَا مِنْ سَيِّئَةٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya informed us, Ibn Lahi'ah informed us, from Bakr ibn Sawadah, from a man, from Rabi'ah ibn Qays, from Uqbah ibn Amir, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Whoever performs ablution and does it well, then prays without heedlessness or distraction, his past sins are forgiven. And Yahya said once: what preceded it of sin is forgiven.
