حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ قَالَ حَفِظْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اثْنَتَيْنِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ كَتَبَ الْإِحْسَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ فَإِذَا قَتَلْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا الْقِتْلَةَ وَإِذَا ذَبَحْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا الذَّبْحَ وَلْيُحِدَّ أَحَدُكُمْ شَفْرَتَهُ ثُمَّ لِيُرِحْ ذَبِيحَتَهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Ma'mar narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilaba, from Abu al-Ash'ath, from Shaddad ibn Aws, who said: I memorized two things from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when he said: Indeed Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has prescribed excellence in all things. So when you kill, kill well, and when you slaughter, slaughter well. Let each of you sharpen his blade and let him give ease to the animal he slaughters.
