قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي نَعَامَةَ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مُغَفَّلٍ سَمِعَ ابْنًا لَهُ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْقَصْرَ الْأَبْيَضَ مِنْ الْجَنَّةِ إِذَا دَخَلْتُهَا عَنْ يَمِينِي قَالَ فَقَالَ لَهُ يَا بُنَيَّ سَلْ اللَّهَ الْجَنَّةَ وَتَعَوَّذْهُ مِنْ النَّارِ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ سَيَكُونُ بَعْدِي قَوْمٌ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ يَعْتَدُونَ فِي الدُّعَاءِ وَالطَّهُورِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
He said: Sulayman ibn Harb told us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah told us, from Sa'id al-Jurayri, from Abu Nu'amah, that Abdullah ibn Mughaffal heard a son of his say: O Allah, I ask You for the white palace in Paradise, if I enter it, on my right. He said: He said to him: O my son, ask Allah for Paradise and seek refuge in Him from the Fire, for I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: There will be, after me, people among this community who transgress in supplication and in purification.
