قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَوْلَا أَنَّ الْكِلَابَ أُمَّةٌ مِنْ الْأُمَمِ لَأَمَرْتُ بِقَتْلِهَا فَاقْتُلُوا مِنْهَا الْأَسْوَدَ الْبَهِيمَ وَأَيُّمَا قَوْمٍ اتَّخَذُوا كَلْبًا لَيْسَ بِكَلْبِ حَرْثٍ أَوْ صَيْدٍ أَوْ مَاشِيَةٍ نَقَصُوا مِنْ أُجُورِهِمْ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطًا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
He said: Isma'il told us, he said: Yunus informed us, from al-Hasan, from Abdullah ibn Mughaffal, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Were it not that dogs are a community among communities, I would have ordered them killed; so kill the ones that are entirely black. Whatever people take a dog, other than a dog for herding, hunting, or livestock, their rewards are diminished by one qirat every day.
