حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي جُبَيْرُ بْنُ مُطْعِمٍ أَنَّهُ جَاءَ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ يُكَلِّمَانِ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيمَا قَسَمَ مِنْ خُمُسِ حُنَيْنٍ بَيْنَ بَنِي هَاشِمٍ وَبَنِي الْمُطَّلِبِ فَقَالَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَسَمْتَ لِإِخْوَانِنَا بَنِي الْمُطَّلِبِ وَبَنِي عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ وَلَمْ تُعْطِنَا شَيْئًا وَقَرَابَتُنَا مِثْلُ قَرَابَتِهِمْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا أَرَى هَاشِمًا وَالْمُطَّلِبَ شَيْئًا وَاحِدًا قَالَ جُبَيْرٌ وَلَمْ يَقْسِمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِبَنِي عَبْدِ شَمْسٍ وَلَا لِبَنِي نَوْفَلٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ الْخُمُسِ كَمَا قَسَمَ لِبَنِي هَاشِمٍ وَبَنِي الْمُطَّلِبِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi told us, he said: Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak told me, from Yunus ibn Yazid, from al-Zuhri, who said: Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab informed me, he said: Jubayr ibn Mut'im told me that he came, along with Uthman ibn Affan, to speak to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about what he had divided of the fifth of Hunayn between the Banu Hashim and the Banu al-Muttalib. They said: O Messenger of Allah, you have given a share to our brothers the Banu al-Muttalib and Banu Abd Manaf, but you have not given us anything, though our kinship is like theirs. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: I regard Hashim and al-Muttalib as one and the same thing. Jubayr said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, did not give any share of that fifth to the Banu Abd Shams or the Banu Nawfal, as he gave to the Banu Hashim and the Banu al-Muttalib.
