قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى رَجُلًا يَأْكُلُ بِشِمَالِهِ فَقَالَ كُلْ بِيَمِينِكَ فَقَالَ لَا أَسْتَطِيعُ فَقَالَ لَا اسْتَطَعْتَ قَالَ فَمَا رَجَعَتْ إِلَيْهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
He said: Waki' narrated to us, who said: 'Ikrimah ibn 'Ammar narrated to us, from Iyas ibn Salamah ibn al-Akwa', from his father, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saw a man eating with his left hand and said: "Eat with your right hand." He said: "I cannot." He said: "May you never be able to." He said: He never brought it back to his mouth after that.
