حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَبِي : مَنْصُورُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَوْ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو وَجْزَةَ السَّعْدِيُّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُمَرَ بْنَ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ رَبِيبَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ دَعَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ ادْنُ يَا بُنَيَّ فَسَمِّ وَكُلْ مِمَّا يَلِيكَ حَدَّثَنَا لُوَيْنٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَجْزَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ.

Abdullah told us: I read to my father: Mansur ibn Salama al-Khuza'i said: Sulayman ibn Bilal informed us, who said: Abu Wajza al-Sa'di told me, or informed me, that he heard Umar ibn Abi Salama, the stepson of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, called me and said: "Come near, my son, mention the name of Allah, and eat from what is in front of you."
