قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَبِيبٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةٌ فِي مَسْجِدِي هَذَا أَفْضَلُ مِنْ أَلْفِ صَلَاةٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ مِنْ الْمَسَاجِدِ إِلَّا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ وَصَلَاةٌ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ مِائَةِ صَلَاةٍ فِي هَذَا.

He said: Yunus told us, he said: Hammad — meaning Ibn Zayd — told us, he said: Habib al-Mu'allim told us, from Ata', from Abdullah ibn az-Zubayr, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers in any other mosque, except al-Masjid al-Haram; and a prayer in al-Masjid al-Haram is better than a hundred prayers in this one."
