قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ قَالَ إِنَّا لَبِمَكَّةَ إِذْ خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ فَنَهَى عَنْ التَّمَتُّعِ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ وَأَنْكَرَ أَنْ يَكُونَ النَّاسُ صَنَعُوا ذَلِكَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ وَمَا عِلْمُ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بِهَذَا فَلْيَرْجِعْ إِلَى أُمِّهِ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَلْيَسْأَلْهَا فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ الزُّبَيْرُ قَدْ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهَا حَلَالًا وَحَلَّتْ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ أَسْمَاءَ فَقَالَتْ يَغْفِرُ اللَّهُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ أَفْحَشَ قَدْ وَاللَّهِ صَدَقَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ لَقَدْ حَلُّوا وَأَحْلَلْنَا وَأَصَابُوا النِّسَاءَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
He said: Ya'qub ibn Ibrahim told us, he said: my father told me, from Ibn Ishaq, who said: my father Ishaq ibn Yasar told me, he said: We were in Makkah when Abdullah ibn az-Zubayr came out to us and forbade combining Umrah with Hajj (tamattu'), and denied that the people had done that with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. This reached Abdullah ibn Abbas, who said: "What does Ibn az-Zubayr know about this? Let him go back to his mother Asma bint Abi Bakr and ask her: did az-Zubayr not return to her having become free of ihram, and did she not become free of ihram too?" This reached Asma, and she said: "May Allah forgive Ibn Abbas. By Allah, he has spoken indecently. By Allah, Ibn Abbas has spoken the truth. They did indeed become free of ihram, and we became free of ihram, and they had relations with their wives."
