قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ وَعَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمُخَارِقِ أَنَّ الْوَلِيدَ بْنَ مَالِكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ أَخْبَرَهُ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ مِنْ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ سَهْلًا أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَهُ قَالَ أَنْتَ رَسُولِي إِلَى أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ قُلْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْسَلَنِي يَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكُمْ السَّلَامَ وَيَأْمُرُكُمْ بِثَلَاثٍ لَا تَحْلِفُوا بِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ وَإِذَا تَخَلَّيْتُمْ فَلَا تَسْتَقْبِلُوا الْقِبْلَةَ وَلَا تَسْتَدْبِرُوهَا وَلَا تَسْتَنْجُوا بِعَظْمٍ وَلَا بِبَعْرَةٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Rawh and Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Ibn Jurayj informed us: Abd al-Karim b. Abi al-Mukhariq narrated to me, that al-Walid b. Malik b. Abd al-Qays informed him — and Abd al-Razzaq said "of Abd al-Qays" — that Muhammad b. Qays informed him, that Sahl informed him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sent him, saying, "You are my messenger to the people of Makkah; say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, has sent me to convey his greetings of peace to you, and he commands you to three things: do not swear by other than Allah; when you relieve yourselves, do not face the qiblah nor turn your back to it; and do not clean yourselves with bone or dung."
