Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Abu Sa'id, client of Banu Hashim, narrated to us: Za'idah narrated to us: Abd al-Malik ibn Umayr narrated to us, he said: I heard Shabib Abu Rawh, of Dhu al-Kala', from a man, that he prayed the dawn prayer with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he recited al-Rum, and hesitated over a verse. When he finished, he said: Indeed Satan confuses the Qur'an for us, because some among you pray with us without performing ablution well; so whoever attends the prayer with us, let him perform ablution well.
