حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا زَبَّانُ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ حَقٌّ عَلَى مَنْ قَامَ عَلَى مَجْلِسٍ أَنْ يُسَلِّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَحَقٌّ عَلَى مَنْ قَامَ مِنْ مَجْلِسٍ أَنْ يُسَلِّمَ فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَكَلَّمُ فَلَمْ يُسَلِّمْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا أَسْرَعَ مَا نَسِيَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'It is obligatory upon whoever comes to a gathering to greet them with salam, and it is obligatory upon whoever leaves a gathering to greet with salam.' A man stood up while the Messenger of Allah was speaking and did not give salam. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'How quickly he has forgotten.'
