Hawdhah ibn Khalifah told us: Ibn Jurayj informed us: Muhammad ibn Abbad narrated to me a hadith, tracing it up to Abu Salamah ibn Sufyan and Abdullah ibn Amr, from Abdullah ibn al-Sa'ib, who said: I was present with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, on the Day of the Conquest, and he prayed facing the Ka'bah. He took off his sandals and placed them to his left, then opened with Surat al-Mu'minun. When the mention of Isa or Musa came, a coughing fit seized him, so he bowed.
