حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ مَوْلَى بَنِي خَطْمَةَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَأَنْ يَكُفَّ أَحَدُكُمْ يَدَهُ عَنْ الْحَصَى خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ مِائَةِ نَاقَةٍ كُلُّهَا سُودُ الْحَدَقَةِ فَإِنْ غَلَبَ أَحَدَكُمْ الشَّيْطَانُ فَلْيَمْسَحْ مَسْحَةً وَاحِدَةً حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَأَنْ يُمْسِكَ أَحَدُكُمْ يَدَهُ عَنْ الْحَصَى فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Husayn told us, Abu Uways told us, Shurahbil ibn Sa'd al-Ansari, client of Banu Khatmah, told us, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "For one of you to withhold his hand from smoothing the pebbles is better for him than a hundred she-camels, all with black pupils; but if the devil overcomes one of you, let him smooth them just once." Husayn told us, Ibn Abi Dhi'b informed us, from Shurahbil, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "For one of you to hold back his hand from the pebbles..." and he mentioned the like of it.
