Rawh told us, Ibn Jurayj told us, Abu al-Zubayr informed me, that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah say: Some Jews greeted the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: Death be upon you, O Abu al-Qasim. He said: And upon you. Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, became angry and said: Did you not hear what they said? He said: Yes, I heard, and I returned it upon them; our prayer against them is answered while theirs against us is not answered.
