حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ سَيَخْرُجُ أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ ثُمَّ لَا يَعْبُرُ بِهَا أَوْ لَا يَعْرِفُهَا إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ ثُمَّ تَمْتَلِئُ وَتُبْنَى ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنْهَا فَلَا يَعُودُونَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It was narrated from Hadrat Jabir that Hadrat Umar bin al-Khattab رضي الله عنه told him that he heard the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: ` The people of Makkah will leave and no one will come to it-or no one will come to it except a few-then it will be filled and built up, then they will leave it and never return to it.`
