حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَسْأَلُ عَنْ رُكُوبِ الْهَدْيِ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ ارْكَبْهَا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ إِذَا أُلْجِئْتَ إِلَيْهَا حَتَّى تَجِدَ ظَهْرًا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Sa'id told us, from Ibn Jurayj: Abu al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah being asked about riding the sacrificial animal (hady), and he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "Ride it in a reasonable manner when you are compelled to, until you find another mount."
