حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيُّ الْجِهَادِ أَفْضَلُ قَالَ مَنْ عُقِرَ جَوَادُهُ وَأُهْرِيقَ دَمُهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'O my son, if you can be in a state where morning and evening come upon you with no rancor in your heart toward anyone, then do so.' Then he said: 'O my son, that is part of my Sunnah. And whoever revives my Sunnah has loved me, and whoever loves me will be with me in Paradise.'
