حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَصْحَابِ الشَّجَرَةِ قَالَ فَقَالَ لَوْ كُنَّا مِائَةَ أَلْفٍ لَكَفَانَا كُنَّا أَلْفًا وَخَمْسَ مِائَةٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'If I were to order anyone to prostrate to another, I would order the wife to prostrate to her husband because of the great right he has over her. By the One in whose hand is my soul, if he had an ulcer from his foot to the crown of his head oozing with pus and blood, and she came and licked it, she would not have fulfilled his right.'
