حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ إِلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ فَذَكَرَهُ فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ وَأَشَارَ عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ فَجَعَلَ ظَهْرَهُمَا مِمَّا يَلِي وَجْهَهُ.

Ali ibn Ishaq told us, he said: Abd Allah informed us, he said: Hammad ibn Zayd informed us, from Abd al-Aziz ibn Suhayb, from Anas ibn Malik, that a man stood up to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, while he was delivering a sermon and mentioned something to him, so he raised his hands. Abd al-Aziz gestured, making the backs of his hands face toward his own face.
