حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ وَبَهْزٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ بَهْزٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا عَدْوَى وَلَا طِيَرَةَ وَيُعْجِبُنِي الْفَأْلُ الْكَلِمَةُ الطَّيِّبَةُ وَالْكَلِمَةُ الصَّالِحَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ.

'Affan and Bahz narrated to us, they said: Hammam narrated to us—Bahz said in his narration: Qatadah narrated to us—from Anas: that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "There is no contagion and no evil omen from birds, but I like a good omen—the good word." 'Affan narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, similarly.
